Scout Nicholas Katz raises his paddle on a summer kayaking trip down the Thornapple River near Hastings. Nicholas is always willing to explore new and exciting challenges in Scouting. He is certainly well on his way to become one of our Troop's Eagle Scouts. 

       Enjoying the outdoors is only one part of Scouting. New and exciting merit badge opportunities are being added to the list. Robotics, Search and Rescue, and even Chess are just a few.
